Sunny days, 10lb wall & syn free risotto #13
iiiiiya! I’m sitting in the sun in my best friends garden writing this and I couldn’t be happier about that. 26 degrees in London today and it’s giving me life after all that bloody snow!! So quick update on the ol’ diet. The week I got back from Cornwall, I’d lost about 9.5lbs all together and that’s usually where I stop, it’s usually my absolute nemisis. I swear I’ve lost and re-gained the same 10lbs for the last 5 years. So anyway, I was determined this wasn’t going to be the end of it so I went IN and started swimming, I went 4 times that week and was so proud of myself, stuck to the diet really well and I was so sure I was going to smash the weight loss. Weighed myself and I maintained. I got on and off them damn scales at least 7 times. I was so gutted!! I posted about it and everyone seemed to reassure me that in the first week of exercising you gain muscle etc so it made me feel abit better.
